A retired railway employee, Mr. Anil Kumar Mathur has been associated with Gramin Mahila Vikas Sansthan (GMVS) for the past 27 years. He has shown deep interest in social development work and has made significant contributions to the growth of the organization.

Shankar Singh Rawat is the founder of GMVS. Coming from a small family and a humble village background, he established GMVS with a strong vision for rural development and women’s empowerment. His leadership and dedication have been instrumental in shaping the organization since its inception.
