Tejendra Kumar Meena serves as the Executive Director of Gramin Mahila Vikas Sansthan (GMVS), where he drives the organization’s vision of inclusive development and community-led transformation. He holds a Bachelor’s degree in English Literature (Hons) from Banaras Hindu University (BHU), Varanasi, and a Master’s degree in Rural Development & Governance from Tata Institute of Social Sciences (TISS), Mumbai. He has also completed professional certifications in Organizational Behavior and Operations Management from the Indian Institute of Management (IIM), Bangalore, enhancing his capabilities in program execution, impact measurement, and organizational leadership.

With extensive experience in managing large-scale development programs, Tejendra has built strong collaborations with government bodies, CSR partners, and development agencies. He is known for fostering cross-functional teamwork and driving initiatives that create measurable social impact.
