Our work
Every child in school, learning and growing
Education is the base of GMVS’s work for children. The organisation works to bring out-of-school and working children into learning and to keep them there.
GMVS runs special schools for children who were working, giving them the knowledge of education, awareness of their rights and a natural childhood. Each school enrols 100 children, who receive a monthly stipend so that they can continue into regular schools.
GMVS also works to establish schools and libraries for better education, promotes girls’ education, and creates awareness among youth about computer education.
