Our work
Clean water within reach of every village
In a drought-prone state like Rajasthan, drinking water is the main problem for people, and families migrate when water and fodder run short.
GMVS helps villagers arrange clean drinking water in problem villages. It develops alternate water sources, conserves historic ones, and carries out relief work such as installing and repairing hand pumps, with the community taking part at every step.
GMVS’s health education work through village health committees and community meetings supports better hygiene and health practices alongside water.
